Lynsey Jackson, Executive Director of Therapy Services
Masters of Arts and Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Ms. Jackson earned a Master of Arts degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Ms. Jackson’s responsibilities include supervision of all treatment and therapy, program evaluation, as well as Spectrum of Hope’s staff. She provides face to face treatment with clients in addition to meeting with parents and staff regularly. Ms. Jackson has been with Spectrum of Hope since 2004 and has held several positions.

Laura Brown Tolliver, Director of Day Treatment
Masters of Education and Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Ms. Tolliver earned a Masters of Education in Special Education from The University of Texas at Austin with an emphasis in Autism and developmental disabilities and early childhood.
As our Director of Day Treatment she is charged with our assessment analysis, program development, data analysis, and consultation services. She frequently meets with clients, parents, and our therapists.

Nicole Stiefler, Director of Hope Extended
Masters of Arts and Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Ms. Stiefler earned a Master of Arts degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
As our Director of Hope Extended, her responsibilities include program development, data analysis, and developing and maintaining behavioral interventions focusing on increasing appropriate behaviors and decreasing inappropriate or problem behaviors. She provides ongoing parent training, parent consultation, staff supervision, and staff training. Ms. Stiefler has been employed with Spectrum of Hope since December of 2004 and has been a full-time staff member since May 2008.

Autumn Mills, Case Manager in Day Treatment
Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Mrs. Mills earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at the University of Houston - Clear Lake and graduated with Honors.
As a Case Manager at Spectrum of Hope, her responsibilities include program development, data analysis, and developing and maintaining behavioral interventions focusing on increasing appropriate behaviors and decreasing inappropriate or problem behaviors. She provides ongoing parent training, parent consultation, staff supervision, and staff training. Mrs. Mills has been employed with Spectrum of Hope since January of 2008 and has been a full-time certified staff member since August of 2008.

Bonnie Headington, Ph.D.,Clinical Psychologist
Ph.D Counselor Education and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology
Ms. Headington earned a Ph.D in Counselor Education from Ohio University and is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. She is a published author.
Ms. Headington's responsibilities include performing Diagnostic Evaluations/Testing and Assessments, as well as providing Health and Behavior Intervention/Treatment.

Maria Jimenez, Director of Adolescent Program
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Ms. Jimenez earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, Main Campus, and minored in English.
As our Director of the Adolescent Program she is charged with our assessment analysis, program development, data analysis, and consultation services. She frequently meets with clients, parents, and our therapists. She also participates in community outings with clients.

Mrs. Robelia earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston Main Campus.
As Director of the In-Home Program, her responsibilities include program development, data analysis, developing and maintaining behavioral interventions, and staff supervision. She also provides in-home consultations and parent training. Mrs. Robelia has been with Spectrum of Hope since November 2004.
